Traditionally ECF hasn't had a formal participant pack: it has simply distributed printed agendas and participant lists. For ECF08, having a formal participant pack can be not only an essential tool during the event, but also a useful reference after the event for participants and non-participants alike.
An ECF08 participant pack could include:
- A colour folder for holding all the ECF08 participant pack contents
- The event agenda
- The event participant list
- eCampaigning Exchange Question and suggestion slips
- eCampaigning Case Studies
- The eCampaigning booklet (printed by Oxfam GB)
- Blank pages for participants to use for note-taking
- Information about sponsors (Oxfam GB, Advocacy Online, Farisay, and perhaps others)
- Other content as agreed
