using an outcomes focus

Hello - I'm familiar with using an outcomes focus such as that developed by Charities Evaluation Service when working with individuals, but am finding it more difficult to monitor and evaluate the outcomes from campaigning. I'm hoping to attend ECF09, any chance you could cover this topic? Feel free to give me a bell to chat further (0845 293 5836). Thank you! Kaye
