Weekend Retreat
What it is, when it is happening, why you should consider participation and how to get involved.
Background
The Web of Change conference has been a regular event on the west coast of Canada for several years, connecting leaders at the convergence of online communications, technology, and social change. This year, several regular participants of that event want to start a similar event in Europe. It was scheduled with the eCampaigning Forum so that people travelling to attend can make the most of their time and join the Weekend Retreat on the weekend. (Note: FairSay is not organising it - just supporting its organisation, coordination and promotion.)
2007 Event
The event is being organised from the evening of Friday 11 May to the afternoon of Sunday 13 May, in Oxford (at a college). The organisation of the event is in progress and will be announced when it is ready. A separate registration process and fee will be required to attend the event.
Those applying for the eCampaigning Forum can select if they are interested in attending the event and will be the first to be notified once the event announcement is made.
